Alexander Patrick (b. 1765 d. 1830) was the son of Paul Patrick (b.1730 d. 1799) and Agnes Millikin. He married Elizabeth Thompson (b. 1768 d. 1807) in Wilkes County, Georgia in 1787.
There are family trees that indicate that Paul Patrick Sr., Alexander’s father, is buried at Bethlehem, GA. This may be accurate, however, the Paul Patrick (b. 1790) in the ancestry timelines is most likely the son of Alexander Patrick (1765) and Elizabeth Thompson (b. 1768 d. d.1807) and is buried at the Thompson family cemetery in Bethlehem, GA. (Barrow County, formerly Walton County). Alexander Patrick Sr. along with Elizabeth Thompson may also be buried at the Thompson family cemetery.
According to the Jackson County, GA tax digest from 1798, Paul (not sure whether it was Paul Sr. or Alexander’s son), Alexander, and Samuel paid taxes on property located near Shoal Creek. There is more about this on the narrative page.
